Custom Auto-Ignore Rules
By default, Logify Alert assigns the Active status to all new crash reports. However, developers might need to automatically ignore reports that match the specific criterion. For this purpose, you can set up Custom Ignoring rules by specifying various filters and conditions. All of the reports that match criteria specified in this group, are automatically rejected. To set up custom auto-ignore rules, follow the steps below.
Open the Settings tab and select an application to be set up.
Select the Ignoring | Custom node in the setting tree of contents.
Specify the required filter conditions and click Save. Now, all new reports that match the specified filter are automatically rejected.
Note: To add an additional field to the list of available filters, use the Tags application setting first.
If after editing an existing rule, any of the Active reports starts meeting it, this report automatically gets the Ignored by Rule status.
